Better late than never, right? Nick and Elizabeth said “I do” this past September and I couldn’t been more thrilled to be a part of their day! Nick and I have been friends for several years and when he asked me to be a a groomsmen and stand on his side for their special day I couldn’t decline.
Not only did I have the pleasure of being in the wedding, I was privileged enough to help dream up this beautiful day! If you know me you know yellow is my FAVORITE color and I was super pumped when Elizabeth told me she wanted to use yellow throughout the wedding. Though it was an Alabama scorcher, everything turned out beautifully. Happy Bride and Groom = Happy Planner! Thanks again for letting Me be a part of your special day, but more importantly thanks for being you. I am blessed to call you guys friends and a better person because of it. I look forward to watching what the Lord does through you guys in 2014 and years to come!
Below are a few shots from the wedding that are some of our favorites! Josh Moates of Kim Box photography KILLED IT! The images are stunning. Nick and Elizabeth are so lucky to have these beautiful images they will treasure forever.
Isn’t this just a classic and timeless black and white photograph? So beautiful!
Nick got Elizabeth a film camera as a wedding gift. I think it’s safe to say she was more than thrilled. You can see some pictures from their honeymoon over on their blog.
Not to toot our horn, but I LOVED Elizabeth’s Flowers. The color pallet is stunning. Look at those Garden Roses, aren’t the gorgeous? Her accent color was navy blue, so we added pops of that navy and white striped ribbon everywhere.
The Bridesmaids bouquets were smaller versions of the Brides. The ingredients for both the Brides and Bridesmaids bouquet’s were Yellow Garden Roses, Yellow “Turtle” Roses, Billy Balls, Silver Brunia, Ranunculus and Dusty Miller.
Elizabeth’s laugh and smile is infectious! Such a joy to be around.
Nick’s boutonniere might be one of my FAVORITES to date. That yellow ranunculus against his khaki just pops!
The ceremony took place at Bocce ball court at Hampstead. I love these detail shots Josh captured.
That shot of Elizabeth walking down the aisle with here Daddy is perfect! It’s certainly a photo they’ll treasure forever. AND to see my friend tear up as she walked down the aisle= priceless! So sweet!
The ceremony site was picture perfect! That white voile draping blowing in the wind was beautiful!
*WARNING* The images below are absolutely stunning! Again, Josh Moates knows how to use a camera. I can’t wait to have some of these enlarged to hang in the office.
Table centerpieces were simple, but perfect for this gorgeous September wedding.
How cute are those hand lettered Mr. and Mrs. signs from Rachel Odom? She’s the greatest!
and the Farewell… The Bride made each of those ribbon wands. She got really familiar with Hobby Lobby while planning her wedding.
Oh Yes! This Video from Path Video Productions pretty much sums it all up!
