2015-12-14_0004

It’s officially here. The wait if over. Look no further. It’s Evan’s FAVORITE THINGS 2015! Are you ready?

Favorite time has become my favorite time of the year (no pun intended ;)). I LOVE giving to others and this year I racked my brain and came up with 8 things that I couldn’t live without in 2015. YES, Folks I said 8 Favorite Things. I’m giving EIGHT of my Favorite Things this year. I’ve been trying to keep it a secret, but I’ve realized I have really nosey friends.  View More: http://nickdrollette.pass.us/egcchristmas

Just to be clear these really are my most FAVORITE THINGS. It’s not just a random bunch of goodies I’ve selected and labeled “Favorite Things”. I couldn’t live without some of these products. Ok, maybe I could, but you get my drift.

One of today’s giveaway is my ALL TIME FAVORITE Candle for the holidays. “Holiday” by Nest Fragrances. It retails for $38.00 and is sold exclusively at Glow in Troy, Alabama. If you know me well, you know I am a candle snob. I LOVE a good candle and this is one of the only candles I burn at the office during the holiday season. I’m thinking about buying a whole case I LOVE it that much and you will too. View More: http://nickdrollette.pass.us/egcchristmas

Sine today is Day 1 of giveaways, I’m giving away 2 Favorite Things. Oreo Truffle Popcorn is a weakness of mine, Seriously! I could eat myself sick. If you know me, you already know OREOS are my FAVORITE cookie of all time. BUT, White Chocolate Covered Oreos popcorn, YES PLEASE!  Forget the cashmere sweaters and socks, I want Oreo truffle popcorn in my stocking this year. The popcorn is popped fresh daily locally at Popcorn Pizzazz and retails for $14.95 a bag.  View More: http://nickdrollette.pass.us/egcchristmas To Enter Evan’s Favorite Things it’s simple. Kid Friendly Gingerbread House Tutorial

We’re just 15 days away from Christmas. Who knew? I need time to come to a screeching halt, please. I haven’t even purchased one gift. Who wants to tackle my list? Though we have a few corporate Christmas parities, I’m traveling to NOLA next week and there are a million of things on my to do list, I still made time for one of my FAVORITE holiday activities.

As a child I can remember making and decorating gingerbread cookies and houses with my friends and family. It was always one of the highlights of the holiday season for me. So I thought it would fun to invite some of my friends over to join, pajamas and all.

Meet Gage. Isn’t he adorable? He the funniest, most southern talking 6 year old you’ll ever meet. When I called to chat with him about coming over to shoot a video with me, He was more than excited.  2015-12-11_0004 We had a blast decorating our Gingerbread house. Watch for yourself– His accent gets me every time. ….and the finished product. Please don’t judge. I’m better at other things in life. I don’t proclaim to be a professional gingerbread house designer.  2015-12-11_0003 Of course we had to let the littler brother in on our fun too. I asked their Mommy and Daddy if they could make a baby for me. Aren’t the the most adorable kids ever?  2015-12-11_0002

Happy Decorating and Merry Christmas!

2014 Christmas Wish-List

2014-12-11_0002

It’s that time of the year again, the time where my family and friends bombard me with phone calls and text messages asking what I want for Christmas. It’s not as easy as before. I’m a little old for legos and finger paint sets. Being an “adult” I typically buy what I want when I need or want it, so coming up with a “list” gets harder and harder each year.

When I sat down to compile my list, there was only 1 MUST HAVE, a new suit. I have an event coming up next year and I have to be the BEST DRESSED event planner in all of Montgomery. The other wish-list gifts are totally wants, not needs.

I am very well aware of the fact that not many people read my blog, so this Wish-List is mostly for my parents. I made it super easy Mom… all you had to do is click the link and enter your credit card info. 😉

2014-12-11_0003 1. Doughnut and Burger Underwear | 2. Polo Double Black | 3. Mini Jambox | 4. The Plant Recipe | 5. Ray Ban Meteor Sunglasses | 6. Dog Balloon Animal Bookend | 7. Modern Slim fit-Suit | 8. Pizza T-Shirt

What’s on your Holiday Wish-List? I can’t wait to see what lands underneath the tree this year. Fingers crossed that suit is boxed and wrapped with a pretty bow.
