I have always hated guacamole. I remember as a kid my Dad trying to encourage me to taste it when we would go to a Mexican restaurant for dinner. The color, the texture– GROSS! Mom recently made some though that changed my mind. It was DELICIOUS. If you’re looking for that perfect game day dip, look no further. I promise you won’t regret giving it a try. I have listed all the ingredients and step by step instructions below.
Ingredients: 2 Ripe Avocados, Halved and pitted | 1 can of Regular Rotel | 1\2 a bunch of fresh Cilantro | 4 – 6 Green Onions | 3 – 4 Fresh Garlic Gloves, pressed | 1/4 cup of Lime Juice | Fresh Ground Salt and Pepper
Instructions: 1.) Finely chop green onions and cilantro in food processor. 2.) Blend Avocados, green onions and cilantro in food processor together. 3.) Once chopped and blended mix with all other ingredients in a sperate bowl. 4.) Add fresh ground salt and pepper to taste. 5.) Serve and Enjoy
